 Our Sunday Services All baptized Christians are welcome to receive Holy Communion. The Schedule is 8A.M. and 10A.M. Holy Eucharist 10 A.M. Holy Eucharist with Hymns lead by our organist and Sunday School Coffee Hour follows the 10:00 A.M. Service The first Sunday of Each Month the 10:00 A.M. Service is a Family Eucharist.
Bible Study Bible Study meets at the Church on the Second and Fourth Wednesday at 7:00 P.M. from October through May. Beginning Wednesday October 11th at 7:00 pm there will be a Bible study centering on the C.S. Lewis book, Mere Christianity. This work is an international classic for the way it states simply and clearly what it means to be a Christian. We will meet every 2 weeks and take up one of the short topics at each meeting. Discussion will be centered on the topic for the evening, and will be enhanced by scripture reference…nothing too heavy, but always challenging enough for anyone who desires to take a closer look at what it means to be a Christian. C.S. Lewis is probably best known for his Chronicles Narnia books for children, The Screwtape Letters, for adults. His talent for stating things plainly, and for using crystal clear examples, has made him accessible to a wide range of readers. I promise you will not be disappointed should you choose to join us. Some general topics include, Right and Wrong, What Christians Believe, Christian Behavior, and later, First Steps in the Doctrine of the Trinity. It will help to have read the introduction of the book before we begin, and it can be purchased at any book store in a variety of editions. If you have trouble locating a copy, please contact Coleen or Peter and I they will be happy to get you one. The Ladies Guild The Ladies Guild meetings are held on the first Monday of each month and are a time of business and fellowship.
